Organized by Kai Tak Sports Initiative (KTSI) and the Hong Kong Street Dance Development Association (HKSDDA), co-organized with Kai Tai Sports Park, and proudly supported by Aquarius®, the ‘Street Dance GEN Youth Training Programme’. will debut with a Summer Course, led by professional street dance instructors, becoming the first street dance training programme to be hosted at Kai Tak Sports Park. The programme is built around the core culture of street dance – Freestyle through Cypher and Battle – the training aims to develop participants’ creativity, musicality, and stage confidence. Beyond technique, the programme encourages youth to express their individuality through dance and to build strong self-expression skills.

Outstanding students from the Summer courses may be selected for advanced training opportunities. (Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)

Breaking Beginners Course

• Dates: 7, 14, 21 July & 11, 18, 25 August, 2026 (Tuesdays)
• Time: 18:00 – 20:00
• Target Participants: Beginners aged 12 to 20, or those with less than 6 months of street dance experience
• Venue: Room Studio A, G/F, Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground
• Training: Foundation skills, Techniques – Freeze and Choreography
• Fee: Full course HK$600 / Single session HK$100 (HK$120 rebate with 80% attendance)

Funk Style Beginners Course

• Dates: 8, 15, 22 July & 12, 19, 26 August, 2026 (Wednesdays)
• Time: 18:00 – 20:00
• Target Participants: Beginners aged 12 to 20, or those with less than 6 months of street dance experience
• Venue: Room Studio A, G/F, Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground
• Training: Cypher practice and Choreography
• Fee: Full course $600 / Single session $100 ($120 rebate with 80% attendance)
