Kai Tak Academy of Kai Tak Sports Initiative, partnered with former elite karate athlete Lee Chun-Ho to launch a karate experience class for the elderly! Participants will have the chance to learn the basic etiquette and offensive techniques of karate through the classes, strengthening their physical fitness while also improving their mental health.
