Trail Running Class by Coach Chase – Basic to advanced trail running training. Some trail training and uphill/downhill training will be implemented during the program.
Coach Chase holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Sports and Recreation Management from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong. He has over 10 years of experience as a Track & Field / Distance Running Coach (since 2014), facilitating athletes, teaching rehabilitation and injury prevention.
