[Kowloon City District City Heritage Run] Reboot
Take you through 2,000 years of history and step into a brand-new landmark

Organized by Kai Tak Sports Initiative, co-organized by Kowloon City District Office and Antiquities and Monuments Office, the [Kowloon City District City Heritage Run] is now open for registration!

The route will guide participants through multiple historical sites in Kowloon City District, immersing you in over 2,000 years of cultural heritage. This year, for the first time, the Kai Tak Sports Park is included as a stop! Participants can reminisce about the old Kai Tak Airport while experiencing the unique charm of this new landmark up close. Don’t miss this rare opportunity – Sign up now!
(Activity is completely free, limited to 15 participants per group, first-come, first-served!)

Dates: December 14 and 21, 2025 (Sundays)
Time:

• Walk Tour Group A: December 14, 0800-1100
• Walk Tour Group B: December 21, 0800-1100
• Walk Tour Group C: December 21, 0815-1115
• Running Tour Group D: December 14, 0845-1145
• Running Tour Group E: December 14, 0900-1200
• Running Tour Group F: December 21, 0845-1145
• Running Tour Group G: December 21, 0900-1200

Itinerary:

• Walking Tours: around 5 km (expected completion within 3 hours; route may be slightly adjusted based on actual conditions)
• Running Tours: around 8 km (expected completion within 3 hours; route includes uphill/downhill sections – participants should have the ability to complete a 10 km race)

Meeting Point: Kai Tak Gallery (near Gate F of the Main Stadium)

Important Notes:
1. A HK$100 deposit is required upon registration. The deposit will be fully refunded to the participant’s payment account within one month after attending the event. If a participant fails to attend without notice, the deposit will not be refunded and will be automatically donated to Kai Tak Sports Initiative to support future City Heritage Run Tours.

2. Participants must arrive at the starting point 15 minutes before departure – latecomers will not be waited for. Please be punctual.

3. Wear sportswear (no changing facilities at the starting point). There is no luggage storage – please bring only lightweight personal items.

4. Running groups have higher physical demands – register based on your ability. Walking tours are suitable for anyone capable of walking 9 km continuously.

5. Participants aged 15 or below must obtain parental/guardian consent to register and must be accompanied by an adult on the event day.

6. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a yellow/red/black rainstorm warning or T3 or higher typhoon signal1 hour before the event starts, the activity will be cancelled. Paid deposits will be refunded within one month.

7. Donations to Kai Tak Sports Initiative are welcome to support more community sports activities. Details are available on the registration page.

8. In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the final decision.
