100KM Treadmill Charity Challenge

Organized by Kai Tak Sports Initiative, the largest indoor treadmill charity ultramarathon race in Hong Kong brought corporations, organizations, media, celebrities, elite runners and local running clubs together to compete on treadmills. Participants are required to complete a designated distance within a limited time, sweating for charity. In the past, the race attracted over 1,200 runners and athletes from different categories, showcasing speed and endurance. The programme features multiple categories, including the 3 Generations category, which is the first running competition in Hong Kong designed specifically for families. It allows three generations from the same family to team up on treadmills, adding warmth and fun to the competition. The highlight of the programme was the 100KM Running Club category, which gathered many of Hong Kong’s top runners, including members of the Hong Kong Marathon Team and elite trail runners. The thrilling competition captivated the public and garnered widespread media attention.
