為了推廣全民運動、促進社區體育發展，「飛越啟德」建立了兩大互動平台「非常運動地帶」為公眾提供多元有趣的運動體驗及「非常運動學堂」豐富公眾對體育與健康的相關知識：
「非常運動地帶」包含培訓、比賽及節目三大元素，鼓勵大眾親身參與體育活動，推動全民運動，以配合「培養體育文化」的策略。
