Road Running Class by Coach Kanok – Basic Road running training for participants to build up the endurance and speed as long-distance runners. Coach Kanok is graduate from HKBU B.A. (Hons) in Physical Education & Recreation Management and was the 2nd runner up of the Hong Kong Marathon (Half Marathon) Junior Category. He is currently the head coach of several schools’ track and field teams and is very experienced in coaching. He is also the holder of USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach Certification in HK, and a WA CECS Level 1 Coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
