The progrmmae is specially designed for aged 8-12 and designed by Lam Hin Chung\, the Former of Hong Kong Olympic Representative. Participants will learn the basic rules and techniques of Sabre and experience the joy of fencing! (Quotas are limited will be offered on a first-come\, first-served basis). The programme consists of 4 lessons and will cover basic fencing (sabre) moves\, attack and defense\, Right of Way etc. All gear will be provided by the organiser\, participants can choose to borrow from the organiser or bring their own gear. DESCRIPTION:As the community project of Kai Tak Sports Park and registered charity\, Kai Tak Sports Initiative is dedicated to develop all sorts of different community sports programme to promote “Sports for All”. Established in 2018. KTSI worked with more than 100 partners and created more than 180 different sports programme\, attracted around 125\,000 participants. With the grand opening of Kai Tak Sports Park\, KTSI will create more programme so everyone from HK can participate sports in different ways.    \n\n\n\nKTSI Kai Tak Run  \n\n\n\nOrganised by KTSI and supported by Kai Tak Sports Park\, the Kai Tak Run is the first ever running race in the park. Over the past two years\, Heritage Run has taken participants through various regions\, such as Central and Western\, Kowloon City\, Tsuen Wan\, Kwai Tsing\, Yau Tsim Mong\, and Eastern districts. \n\n\n\nThis year\, we are delighted to introduce the scenic landscapes of Sha Tin and the Northern Metropolis into our itinerary\, allowing you to delve into the hidden gems of these vibrant communities. Our goal is to provide a unique and immersive experience that combines fitness with the discovery of Hong Kong’s captivating culture\, history\, and stories. Heritage Run includes a walking and running tour led by a professional docent team that gudies participants through local landmarks and attractions. \n\n\n\nShatin Route will conduct on 28 April and is now open for enrolment The route kicks off at Shatin MTR station\, taking you through the area of Pai Tau Village\, where you will immerse yourself in the charm of old village scenery. From there\, you will climb to the Tao Fung Shan Christian Centre\, where you can marvel at the iconic huge cross and explore the fascinating lotus Crypt and other architectural wonders. Continuing on\, you will pass through the Tung Lo Wan Tsuen to visit the the Li Cottage and the Pok Ngar Villa. Nest\, you will venture into Tai Wai Old Village to experience the authentic scenery of a traditional Hong Kong-style walled village. Finally\, your journey will lead you to Tsang Tai Uk via Che Kung Temple\, where you can uncover the history of the local Shatin residents. The run will conclude at the Sha Tin Road Safety Town\, with the Old House at Wong Uk Village serving as the final destination.
