DESCRIPTION:Kai Tak Runners has officially moved into Kai Tak Sports Park\, offering exclusive running courses! Enrolment for the new season is now open! Whether you’re a beginner\, a seasoned runner\, a street runner or a trail enthusiast\, the three professional coaches will provide systematic training to help you set goals for the upcoming season and achieve your personal best performance! Participants who successfully register will receive a stylish Kai Tak Runners running tank top as a special gift! \n\n\n\nRoad Running Class by Coach Kanok – Basic Road running training for participants to build up the endurance and speed as long-distance runners. Coach Kanok is graduate from HKBU B.A. (Hons) in Physical Education & Recreation Management and was the 2nd runner up of the Hong Kong Marathon (Half Marathon) Junior Category. He is currently the head coach of several schools’ track and field teams and is very experienced in coaching. He is also the holder of USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach Certification in HK\, and a WA CECS Level 1 Coach. \n\n\n\n**Class will be taking place at other areas within the park precinct if Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground is blocked for other events. \n\n\n\n(Remarks: The classes on 24 and 31 July will change to other public open space for training.)

She won the overall 1st runner up in ladies category in both the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon (10KM) and the Cross Harbour Race. She is also one of the holders of USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach Certification in HK\, and a triathlon coach. \n\n\n\n*Class will be taking place at other areas within the park precinct if Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground is blocked for other events. Some trail training and uphill/downhill training will be implemented during the program. Coach Kit is current Mountain Rescue Specialist and trail training athlete who passionate about long run and trail run training with intensive experience in coaching. He is a certified AASFP Long Distance Running Coach and POSE Method Running Certified Technique Specialist. \n\n\n\n**Class will be taking place at other areas within the park precinct if Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground is blocked for other events. \n\n\n\n(Remarks: The classes on 24 and 31 July will change to other public open space for training.)
