Road Running Class by Coach Sophia – Basic to intermediate running training with running form improvement, diet management, HIIT training etc. to improve general running abilities for long distance running races.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coach Sophia is a long run and triathlon athlete with rich experience in international races. She won the overall 1st runner up in ladies category in both the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon (10KM) and the Cross Harbour Race. She is also one of the holders of USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach Certification in HK, and a triathlon coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
